WHATSAPP CALL ANALYSIS — BUYER AND PILOT CHECKLIST Use fictional calls first. This is a worksheet, not a completed benchmark. Guide: https://callnerd.xyz/blog/whatsapp-call-analysis-android/ 1. DEFINE THE WORKFLOW Team / reviewer: Decision we want the analysis to support: Phone model / Android version: App / version (WhatsApp Messenger, Business app or provider platform): Incoming calls / other required call types: Usual audio route (earpiece, headset, speaker or other): Languages / language mix: What staff would have to change: 2. SEPARATE THE OUTPUTS Required: call log / recording / transcript / summary / question analysis What each quoted feature actually includes: Where a reviewer can inspect the supporting call passage: Which customer actions and outcomes still need a separate working record: 3. RUN AND RECORD THE PILOT Fictional scripts and separate answer key: https://callnerd.xyz/resources/call-analysis-pilot-kit.txt Keep the answer key out of the analysis input. For each call, record: Test reference / script / phone and app setup: Starting condition and normal audio route: Captured? Both speakers usable? Upload / queue / processing result: Important names, amounts, dates and negation correct? Unconfirmed statements still shown as unconfirmed? Customer questions preserved, with supporting references? Corrections needed / reviewer / next action: Include the actual routine: incoming call, initially locked screen, normal audio route, required languages, and an upload connection lost after the call then restored. Keep failed or missing records visible. An upload-only demonstration does not prove automatic phone capture. When checking recurring questions: - Count a question once per call containing it. - Keep the reviewed-call total beside the finding. - Do not treat calls as unique customers or confirmed case outcomes. - Compare the output with the script and human review. - Do not turn this small rehearsal into a general accuracy percentage. 4. CHECK OWNERSHIP, RETENTION AND COST Audio / transcript / findings storage and access: External processors and account owners: Source-audio cleanup and failed-processing behavior: Retained text, reports, exports and backup handling: Who will approve recording notices and access before real calls: One-time setup and onboarding: Ongoing provider, hosting, support and usage charges: Assumed phones / call minutes / languages: 5. MAKE THE DECISION Normal calling routine supported? Evidence: Changes needed before use: What remains untested or unknown: Who approves the next step / by when: Agree pass conditions before testing. A successful staged call does not prove every device, language or future call will behave the same way.
